At Southern Belle Glitter, we want you to sparkle with confidence, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-mixed glitters and clearance items are final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Log in to your account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your eligible items.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent any spills during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned glitter, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
